Q. What makes
your candles different from others on the market?
A. We put a lot of time, care and quality ingredients into every candle, using only the finest
beeswax, herbs and essential oils. We hand-make our candles and inspect every one. If it
doesn't meet our standards, we will not sell it. While it's time consuming, we know we are
making the best candle possible.

Q. How soon will I receive my candles after I place an order?
A. We make our candles as they are ordered. We usually tell our customers to expect a
three-day lead-time, but they are generally posted out as a next day priority. You will be
sent an email when your candles are on their way.

Q. Are your candles guaranteed?
A. Our candles carry a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund
the cost of your candle or supply a replacement candle. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Q. Will I have to return my candles to get a refund?
A. Yes, just return the candles to us using suitable packing material and we will send your
refund upon receiving the returned candles.

Q. Do your wicks contain lead?
A. The candles produced by Brighter Blessings are lead free, using the highest standard 100%
cotton braided wick. At Brighter Blessings we will never use a lead or metal containing wick
in any of our candles. While some candle manufacturers use zinc core wick, which is safe, we
prefer to give our customers that extra assurance: if there is no metal then there can be no
lead in the candlewick.

Q. Are all of your candles handmade?
A. Yes, all of the candles at Brighter Blessings are handmade. This ensures the highest
possible quality for all of our products, and our customers satisfaction. It also means
we have the freedom to create bespoke candles to our customers exact requirements at no extra
charge.

Q. How do I “charge” a candle?
A. When using a Triple Spiral Spell candle, the instructions state that you should “charge”
your candle with your intent. For example, were you to purchase a Happiness candle, you should
charge your candle thus: Finding a quiet place, you should clear your mind. Hold your candle
in both hands, and focus upon what it is you wish to achieve. For example, visualise yourself
with a huge smile on your face, and “feel” happy. When you are satisfied that you have created
your visualisation, focus on sending it into your candle. Your candle is now “charged”.
